Management
ZNND Group was originally formed in late 2019 and is proudly a division of the ZNND Consulting Group, founded in 2014.
The founder and director of ZNND Facility Management, Mr David Uwah, is a prominent businessman in RSA and the greater part of Africa. With over 20 years of experience in Facility Management, he has managed to establish a company that will become an industry leader in South Africa. As a new company in the industry, our goal is client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
In order to reach this objective we have numerous quality measures in place. ZNND takes pride in the work ethic of its employees and strives to be a company built through hard work and focus.
As an organization, we firmly believe that we are able to add significant value to our clients and their businesses. ZNND is a 100 % black owned company and a Level one BBBEE contributor.

ZNND AFRIKA is the core of the ZNND CONSULTING Group of companies – we have moved beyond the borders of South Africa, creating partnerships in the following African countries:

Our South Sudan and Equatorial Guinea branches are established with more possibilities arising, not only from the abovementioned countries, but the rest of Africa. Our aim is to leave a significant footprint in Africa.

In our quest to provide our clients in Africa with excellent service and work of high quality, ZNND Afrika is proud to be business partners with an international company, POLYROADS. ZNND is a green company that endorses environmentally friendly products. Polyroads represents South Africa in eighteen countries on four continents. Polymer Pavements manufactures and develops environmentally friendly Smart Materials for road construction, low cost road seals, factory floors, dust control, barrier liners and spray-on geoliners for dams.
These Smart Materials includes in-situ material binders, soil modifiers, asphalt modifiers and elastomeric mortar admixtures.
